Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

30 days or more before the trip start date

✅ 90% refund of the total trip amount

(10% retained as processing and administrative fee)

15 to 29 days before the trip

✅ 50% refund of the total trip amount

7 to 14 days before the trip

✅ 25% refund of the total trip amount

Less than 7 days before the trip or No-Show

❌ No refund

Cancellation by Runaway Week:

If the tour is canceled due to operational reasons or low participation, you will receive:

A 100% refund, or The option to reschedule or receive a trip credit valid for 12 months

If the cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.):

No cash refund

A credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months from the original trip date

Important Notes:

All refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days.

If you booked through a travel partner or third-party platform, their refund policies may apply.

Booking transfers (change of participant) are allowed up to 7 days before the trip, free of cost, with written notice.

Any add-ons or third-party bookings (e.g. flights, hotel upgrades) are subject to the provider’s cancellation terms and are non-refundable through Runaway Week.
